Capacitive sensors

CA30 series monitor levels of seeds and grain in feeding systems, and monitor the refilling process, while VC11/12 sensors can directly drive a contactor or a small motor. Furthermore, the IO-Link capability offers the benefits of data diagnostics and advanced embedded features, which are important for predictive maintenance.

Photoelectric sensors

The LD30 series can be used to detect an animal`s presence in the feeding station. The high-quality stainless steel housing of LD30 and PD30 sensors ensure maximum performance and resistance in these harsh environments; high-pressure cleaning programs of the machinery can be performed without costly downtime.

Motor controls

Our soft starter series RSGD and RSBT control the start/stop cycles of pumps, screw feeders, fans as well as chillers.

Temperature controls

In farms temperature control and power of heating lamps is optimized by the RGC1P proportional controller.
Specific versions of the RGC3P are ideal for optimal fan speed control in egg incubators.

Monitoring relays

Automated feeding systems are essential for modern livestock farms, ensuring consistent nutrition, improving animal welfare, and reducing labour. To guarantee reliable operation, monitoring relays play a crucial role.
The DPA51and DPB52 three-phase monitoring relays protect motors in conveyors, mixers, and dosing pumps by detecting issues such as phase loss, voltage imbalance, or incorrect phase sequence, preventing breakdowns and ensuring system continuity. The DIA53, DIB01 and E83 single-phase current monitoring relays detect overloads, blockages, or no-load conditions in smaller motors and actuators used in feed dispensers.
Together, these monitoring solutions ensure safe, efficient and continuous feed distribution in agricultural environments, reducing downtime and avoiding unplanned failures.

Timers

In agricultural automation, particularly in feeding systems, timers play a fundamental role in managing the timing of operations such as the activation of conveyors, dispensers or mixers.
By controlling delays, run times, and sequences, they ensure food is distributed consistently, efficiently and without manual intervention.

This not only optimizes resource use but also reduces mechanical stress and enhances overall system reliability.
Timers can operate based on preset intervals or respond to external triggers like sensors or control signals, making them ideal for both simple and more advanced automated feeding setups.
