Local controllers monitor real-time power data from the energy meter and dynamically manage the distribution of available energy among charging vehicles via the OCPP protocol. They adjust charging loads in real time to prevent overloads and ensure optimal system performance, applying predefined rules for efficiency, safety, and charging priority.
